30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible Amara&Co products. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@amara-co.com.
Items must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 15 calendar days from the time the return is approved.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please provide tracking information once your return has been shipped.
Refund Processing
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Condition Requirements
To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in good condition. Items that are damaged, dirty or missing components may be subject to a partial refund.
Digital Products
Digital items such as the 7-Day Sculpting Routine Guide are non-refundable once delivered.

Warranty
All Amara&Co products purchased directly from amara-co.com are covered by a 30-day limited warranty. Contact support@amara-co.com with proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim.
Delivered, Not Received
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received must be reported within 15 calendar days of the tracked delivery date. Contact us at support@amara-co.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Damaged in Transit / Missing Items
If your order arrived damaged or with missing items, we will replace it under the following conditions:
• You notify us within 15 calendar days of delivery
• Photos of the damaged packaging are provided
• Photos of the shipping label are provided
