This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on amara-co.com and is operated by MAHELE BRANDS LLC. By purchasing from Amara & Co, you agree to the following Shipping Terms and Conditions. This policy supersedes any and all written or verbal communications from any company affiliate or representative. Exceptions to this policy are only at Amara & Co’s sole discretion.
FREE SHIPPING
Amara & Co offers free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD / £50 GBP / €50 EUR. Free shipping applies to standard delivery of 5–7 business days and is available to most addresses in our supported shipping destinations. Please note that free shipping cannot be guaranteed to all addresses.
GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS
Amara & Co agrees to dispatch orders within 2 business days of the date an order is placed. Extended dispatch dates, as clearly indicated at the time of purchase, shall supersede this policy.
Amara & Co does not offer in-store or designated pick-up locations. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address at the time of purchase. Amara & Co is not financially responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Amara & Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier, customs processing, and destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellation requests are only eligible for an immediate refund when requested before the order has been processed for shipment. Any cancellation request made after an order has been processed or shipped will be reviewed at Amara & Co’s sole discretion and may not be eligible for an immediate refund.
RETURNS SHIPPING
A prepaid return shipping label may be provided at Amara & Co’s sole discretion. When a returned unit is received, please allow up to 3 business days for processing before a refund is issued. The processing period may include inspection, testing, repackaging and restocking of the returned item.
Once a refund is processed, please allow up to 7 business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
